Corporate Attorney Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial law and be able to provide expert advice to clients.
Job Responsibilities:
* Represent and advise clients on a variety of commercial law matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions to clients on commercial law issues.
* Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
* Assist in dispute resolution and litigation related to commercial law issues.
* Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
Qualifications:
* A qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
* Strong understanding of commercial law and relevant legal procedures.
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or in-house legal department.
* Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
