Senior Manager, Major Agricultural Clients
This position is based in Brisbane (AU) with the potential to be location agnostic across Queensland. The Senior Manager, Major Agribusiness Clients will manage and grow a portfolio of high‐net‐worth clients fitting the MAC definition across the State in accordance with Bank goals for client satisfaction, credit quality and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Drive balance sheet and revenue growth in the State MAC portfolio, contributing to overall business plans and strategy of the State.
* Maintain acceptable credit standards through the business cycle.
* Engage proactively with clients, prospects and stakeholders to meet strategic objectives of the Region and Country Banking Australia.
* Foster an environment of continuous improvement and support the team.
* Translate external client insights into tangible business and strategic opportunities.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in a banking role with direct client exposure to larger clients.
* Thorough understanding of major agricultural clients gained through experience.
* Strong credit and risk skills.
* Knowledge of specialised financial products.
* Strong team player.
* Understanding and interest in the rural industry.
