As a Speech Pathologist in our Penshurst clinic, you will be responsible for maintaining a mixed caseload, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community! About Your New Role
Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to our participantsDelivering high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants.Participating in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.Working with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently.Reporting: Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management.

Essential Qualifications And Experience
Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech PathologyFull SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation)Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a carUnrestricted Australian work rightsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
