As Coordinator, you will create opportunities to shape the future of our City, combining this with a focus on maintaining a strong team culture.About You:You bring expertise in forming relationships, investing in and developing people, clarity of direction and strong communication skills which complements your: tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning (or equivalent) or Bachelor of Construction Management (Building Surveying) or graduate Diploma in Building Surveying (or equivalent).
Extensive experience in statutory and strategic planning and building functions.Knowledge of the National Construction Code (Building Code of Australia) and its applicationPassion for leading, mentoring and inspiring a team to deliver service excellence.High-level technical skills in development assessment and compliance.Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a complex environment.About Our Organisation:The City of Charles Sturt is a vibrant community home to around 130,000 people across 105 different cultures.
