The primary purpose of this role is to provide exceptional service to a Commercial book of clients. This role will be responsible for leading and developing support staff, so could well be the step up you have been waiting for.

Experience & Qualifications
* Sound experience in General Insurance Broking is essential
* Previous experience as an Account Manager is essential
* Understanding of Business Pack, ISR, Commercial Fleet, and all other general insurance products is a must
* Tier 1 qualification is a minimum and Diploma qualification is highly regarded
* Outstanding customer focus and approach to business
* Excellent communication and sound interpersonal skills
* Ability to liaise with colleagues, clients and business partners across a wide range of industries
* Strong administration skills, Microsoft Office (good knowledge of Word)
