Drive Business Growth and Project Success

Maxiply is seeking a commercially minded professional to manage key customer accounts, drive new business, and lead projects from inception through to successful delivery.

You will take full ownership of building strong relationships with builders, architects, and subcontractors; while ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing and growing key customer accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships
* Proactively identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities to expand market reach
* Leading the end-to-end sales process — from enquiry and negotiation through to project delivery and aftersales support
* Building strong relationships with builders, architects, designers, and subcontractors to position Maxiply as a trusted partner
* Overseeing project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
* Preparing and presenting detailed proposals, quotes, and project documentation to a high professional standard
* Collaborating with production and operations teams to ensure seamless handover and delivery of projects
* Contributing commercial insights and strategic input to strengthen sales processes and customer experience

Requirements

* Proven track record (3–5+ years) in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within construction, timber, or manufacturing
* Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and convert opportunities into profitable outcomes
* Experience working directly with builders, architects, designers, or subcontractors
* Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to oversee complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels
* Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office suite
* Commercially minded, highly organised, and results-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
* Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by building strong relationships and achieving business growth
