Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident well-being and quality of life.
- Participate in regular handovers and meetings to ensure continuity of care and effective communication among team members.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Experience working in aged care or a similar setting is highly regarded.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
