The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor
As a Training Advisor, you will provide flexible training services to students through accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring. You will work with a dedicated team of trainers and empower students to build confidence, knowledge, and careers through personalized service.
Your Key Responsibilities include:
Deliver accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring
Deliver Employability skills
Assess students' skills and tailor training accordingly
Manage your caseload within set milestones
Criteria for Success
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40116, TAE40122) or Diploma in Higher Adult Education
Certificate III in Individual Support
Minimum of 2 years industry experience
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques for mature learners
Effective advisory, coaching, and mentoring skills
Current Driver's Licence
Clear National Police Check
Current Working With Children Check
