Administration Manager Job Summary
Easa seeks a highly organised and skilled professional to manage office operations, governance workflows and finance-related processes. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring reliable reporting and great staff and client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review payroll and debtor reports fortnightly with Finance to ensure accurate financial information.
* Manage office operations, projects and working committees; maintain OH&S and security compliance to provide a safe work environment.
* Prepare agendas and minutes for leadership meetings; track actions and follow through on decisions to enhance collaboration and productivity.
* Support the CEO and leadership team with regular reporting, including contributions to the Annual Report and newsletters to keep stakeholders informed.
* Maintain counselling systems and ensure accurate data entry and usage reporting to support evidence-based practice.
* Assist with contract management logistics and tailored reporting for external partners to foster strong relationships.
* Uphold governance: develop and review policies and procedures; ensure compliance with privacy and child-safety obligations to protect clients and employees.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in office/administration management within a dynamic environment, ideally with a focus on governance and confidentiality.
* Minimum 5+ years administration/office management experience required, with a strong understanding of productivity tools and software.
* Familiarity with governance, confidentiality and compliance requirements, including Working with Children Checks.
