About The Role
As a Test Lead, you'll lead and coordinate testing activities to ensure software and systems meet business needs. The Test Lead identifies and reports on any risks or issues and works closely with stakeholders and other testing team members to address feedback and ensure a successful project launch. They drive all testing phases including End to End Testing, Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT).
What You'll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure quality outcomes.
Coordinate End to End Testing, Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), Production Verification Testing (PVT), and other critical phases.
Manage defect tracking and triage processes, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
Mentor test analysts and contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices.
Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and business teams to deliver seamless testing experiences.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 4 years' testing experience, ideally within commercial insurance.
Experience in planning automation test delivery is highly desirable.
ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level and Agile fundamentals certification.
Proficiency in Jira, Zephyr, and test automation frameworks.
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to manage complex testing environments.
