Join Atlassian as a Workplace Productivity Intern in Sydney, supporting workplace technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
* Implement, advocate for, and support Atlassian's workplace technology footprint, including application administration and collaboration solutions
* Work with various Atlassian teams such as products, server, cloud and mobile engineering, customer support, and executives
* Deliver world-class technology and exceptional customer service to Atlassians globally
* Operate onsite in the Sydney office during the internship period
About You
The company is looking for:
* Penultimate year university students enrolled in a degree focused on Information Systems or other technical majors
* Australian or New Zealand citizens or Australian Permanent Residents
* Availability for a full-time 12-week internship from late November 2026 to late February 2027
* Experience using and troubleshooting MacOS and Windows or a strong drive to research issues independently
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Returning to studies after the internship, completing by January 2028
