As a Valet Attendant, your primary responsibility will be the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of guest vehicles. You will ensure each car is handled with care, while providing a smooth and professional arrival and departure experience. You will also greet guests, assist with luggage when required, and offer helpful local knowledge to enhance each stay. Your attention to detail and focus on safety will be essential in delivering a seamless valet service. Job Description

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Provide a smooth and professional arrival and departure experience for guests.
• Assist with guest luggage, including collection, delivery, and storage.
• Greet and escort guests, offering friendly and helpful service at all times.
• Maintain high attention to detail and ensure vehicles and guest property are handled with care.
• Support the Concierge and Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and secure.
• Follow all safety, security, and hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Front Office, Concierge, or customer service role preferred.
• Valid driver's licence with ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valuable time management and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Professional presentation and grooming standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
