Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this position include:

* A Certificate 3 or above in Business or a related field and/or minimum 3 year's experience in a similar role.

* Knowledge and experience in plumbing, water and sewerage connection procedures and requirements.

* Demonstrated commitment, ability and experience in resolving customer enquiries while providing a strong customer focus.
