Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging and fun gymnastics programs aligned with YMCA standards.
* Develop and implement safe and effective coaching strategies to support participant development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to grow programs and enhance participant experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Gymnastics Victoria Technical Membership
* Current First Aid certification (HLTAID009)
* Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification (HLTAID011)
