Company Description
Bank Media is a fast-growing performance marketing agency that partners with eCommerce brands. We specialise in Meta ads, conversion optimisation, and creative testing and now we’re looking for a proactive Client Success Manager to join our team and support our growing client base.
We mainly work with clothing, skincare, and supplement brands.
Role Description
This is a remote full-time role for a Client Success Manager (CSM). You’ll be responsible for managing communication with our eCommerce clients, ensuring their questions are answered, and relaying updates to our internal team (media buyers and creatives).
This is not a reactive support role we want someone who takes ownership, solves problems before they grow, and manages expectations with clarity and professionalism. You’ll work directly with our founder and play a key role in delivering results for our clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Experience in account management, client success, or similar roles
- Familiarity with marketing agencies or eCommerce brands
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple client relationships at once
- Comfortable using tools like Slack, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms
Bonus: Previous experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or creative production
