Job Description
As a Community Registered Nurse, your main responsibilities will include:
 * Providing high-quality care to customers in their own homes
 * Assessing customer needs and developing personalized care plans
 * Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive support
 * Keeping clear and thoughtful records of customer interactions and care plans
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
 * A tertiary qualification in Nursing and current AHPRA registration
 * Experience and strong interest in supporting people who are ageing
 * Clinical skills across assessment, wound care, medication support, continence management, and more
 * Confidence working independently and managing your time
 * Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
