The role
Ember Plumbing & Gas, established in 2016, has been exceeding customer expectations ever since—and now, we need your help to continue doing so! We're looking for our third full-time admin team member to assist with general office duties!
Position Details
Full-time (Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM)
Paid public holidays, sick leave, and annual leave.
Office Location: Morley
Your Responsibilities
- Answering client calls and booking jobs
- Processing and scheduling work orders
- Coordinating tradesmen's schedules and updating customers
- Responding to emails
- Checking job notes and issuing invoices
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work well in a fast‐paced office environment
- Energetic, highly motivated, and professional attitude
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good computer skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Experience sending invoices
- Experience in a trade‐based business (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with ServiceM8 or Xero software (preferred but not mandatory)
- Available to start within 2 weeks
