**About You**:
- We are looking for a talented Supervisor to lead and mentor a small team in North Geelong. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the café. Working along side the management team you will play a key
- role in helping drive the café forward and creating a safe and fun work place. You will be an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills. You will be patient, caring and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will ideally have experience and/or a strong passion for working and assisting people of all abilities.
**Duties may include but not be limited to**:
- Qualifications and or similar experience in a hospitality setting including fully operating a café or similar.-
- Great communication and interpersonal skills-
- High level organisation and time management skills-
- Ability to work as part of and lead a multidisciplinary team-
- Oversee all aspects of front and back of house operations**You will need the following checks prior commencement**:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;-
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain;-
