The Senior Consultant plays a pivotal role in securing employment outcomes for participants within the Inclusive Employment program by identifying opportunities and placing candidates into meaningful roles.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Lead and support job seekers with disabilities to achieve sustainable employment
* Develop tailored employment plans and provide pre-employment preparation
* Partner with employers to identify inclusive opportunities and place candidates into fulfilling roles
* Build strong relationships with community organisations and stakeholders
* Address workplace adjustments, mentoring and training needs to ensure success
* Maintain accurate records and compliance with program requirements
