Job Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive assessments to understand each client's situation.

* Negotiate with creditors and financial institutions on behalf of clients.
* Engage with the community to raise awareness and build referral pathways.
Requirements
* Diploma of Community Services – Financial Counselling (fully completed).
* CHCSS00111 Problem Gambling Skill Set (or equivalent).
* Professional membership with a relevant organization.
* Current driver's license.
* Experience in financial counselling, ideally in a community or not-for-profit setting.
