As a Systems Logistician, you will be responsible for delivering logistics artefacts to support various projects and tasks related to naval ships designed by Navantia.
About the Role
The Systems Logistician is required to conduct logistic support analysis, including failure mode, effects, and criticality analysis, level of repair analysis, reliability-centred maintenance, and task analysis. This role involves working with technical manuals, preventive maintenance documents, and spare parts lists.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a professional engineer, understanding of systems engineering, and knowledge of naval systems. Additionally, the successful candidate will be an Australian citizen and able to work in Darling Park, Sydney office.
* Conduct logistic support analysis (LSA) including FMECA, LORA, RCM, and TA
* Update or develop Preventive Maintenance Documents (PMDs)
* Update Defence technical manuals
* Codification and cataloguing items of supply
* Update Assembly Parts Lists (APLs) and allowances
* Conduct Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis
* Spare parts analysis and optimisation
Requirements
This role requires a strong understanding of systems engineering, naval publication standards, and experience working with technical documentation. The successful candidate will also need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
