**_Corporate Account Manager - Bolting Specialist_**
- _
Independently generate leads and to bring new fastening and bolting solutions to industrial equipment owners, OEM's, design firms and maintenance companies that specialize in markets that utilize industrial size nuts and bolts._
- _ Document needs of customer, meticulously follow up_
- _ Access difficult to reach areas; precisely measure processes and equipment in order to produce and/or describe basic solutions_
- _ Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents_
- _ Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements_
- _ Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives_
- _ Make technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs_
- _ Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and to provide sales support_
- _ Develop plans to introduce products in new markets_

**_Requirements_**
- _ Engineering Experience required_
- _ Sales Experience Required_
- _ Knowledge within the SAE standard environment preferred_
- _ Strong Technical or Mechanical Engineering background preferred_
- _ Experience selling to Industrial Equipment Owners and OEM's a plus_
- _ Experience Selling to and Consulting with Engineering firms a plus_
- _ Domestic travel required (50% - 75%)_
- _ Experience with Industrial Fastening/Bolting a plus_
