**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide quality nursing care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities using a person-centered approach.
- Promote improvement in quality of life and foster independence for our customers.
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and domestic chores as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve valuable outcomes for our customers.
**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in the disability field, preferably within group home settings.
- Experience in manual handling, hoist use, and repositioning is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated skills in PEG feeding, safe swallowing, epilepsy management, and challenging behaviors.
- Australian driver's license and confidence to drive a 12-seater/wheelchair-accessible van.
- Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnight, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
