Prophet builds digital clones of organisations – AI-powered, mathematical models that bring together thousands of internal, marketing, operational and macroeconomic data points. These models allow leaders and marketers to test strategies, run "what if" scenarios and make confident decisions before committing resources in the real world.
You'll lead Prophet's national ecosystem partnership strategy — spanning agencies, modern MarTech vendors, CDPs, cloud ecosystems, data partners, media owners and consulting firms.

— Embed Prophet everywhere.
Inside agency pitch processes, inside CDP and CRM strategy, inside media planning discussions, inside transformation projects — so Prophet becomes the default predictive intelligence layer teams rely on.
You'll be physically present in offices every week — agencies, vendors, media owners and consultancies — enabling partners, unlocking opportunities and driving scalable revenue through partner-led influence and co-selling.
You'll work closely with the VP Sales & Partnerships to define partnership tiers, co-sell motions, frameworks and joint business plans that amplify Prophet's reach and revenue impact.

Ecosystem Ownership & Revenue Growth
Own Prophet's Australian partner strategy across agencies, MarTech vendors, cloud platforms, CDPs, media owners and consultancies.
Build deep relationships with partners such as Tracksuit, Amperity, Braze, Salesforce, Snowflake, Segment, marketing clouds, data providers and integration partners.
Drive revenue through partner influence, referrals, co-selling and category-led opportunities.
Establish a scalable ecosystem where partners consistently generate a meaningful portion of Prophet's ACV.
Partner Enablement & Activation
Train and enable agency teams, MarTech vendors and consulting partners on Prophet's platform, brand math, predictive capabilities and commercial value.
Build reusable frameworks, category playbooks and toolkits partners can deploy in their pitches and client engagements.
Support teams in planning cycles, pitch rooms and live client sessions.
Relationship Leadership & Market Presence
Maintain a constant presence across ecosystem offices — holdcos, independents, MarTech vendors, CDPs, cloud partners and media owners.
Hold senior relationships with MDs, GMs, strategy leads, data leaders, partnership heads and GTM owners.
Embed Prophet into partner workflows and joint value propositions across the ecosystem.
Support enterprise sales cycles where partnerships play a major influence role.
Build co-marketing opportunities, ecosystem events, partner roadshows and joint market programs.
Develop and refine tiered partnership models, contribution forecasts and ecosystem reporting.
Thought Leadership & Category Positioning
Position Prophet as the predictive intelligence layer connected to the modern marketing stack.
Partner with marketing on ecosystem content, POVs, playbooks and partner-ready narratives.
Lead partner roundtables, briefings and enablement sessions that elevate Prophet's influence.
You bring expertise in one or more of the following
Experience across media, strategy, performance or investment.
Deep understanding of agency structure, commercial incentives and category dynamics.
Strong network across holdcos and independents.
2. Vendor / MarTech / CDP Background
Experience in partnerships, sales or ecosystem roles across platforms like Tracksuit, Amperity, Braze, Salesforce, Snowflake, Segment, Tealium or similar.
Proven ability to build co-sell programs and ecosystem-led revenue.
Strong understanding of the modern marketing tech stack.
3. Consultancy / Media Owner Background
Experience shaping commercial or data-driven transformation for large brands.
Exposure to partnership building, analytics or customer strategy.
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and value narratives.
You ideally also bring:
Commercial acumen tied to revenue outcomes, not just relationship-building.
A builder mindset — comfortable creating structure and process where needed.
A strong network across agencies, vendors, clouds, CDPs and media owners.
Exceptional EQ with confidence engaging senior leaders.
