Main Responsibilities:
* Lead Daily Store Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of daily store activities, ensuring a positive experience for customers and team members.
* Manage Inventory and Merchandising: Efficiently receive and display merchandise, maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
* Maintain Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety standards, protecting both employees and customers.
* Store Presentation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual presentation, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
* Sales Performance: Support sales goals by implementing effective promotions and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
* Acting Store Leader: Demonstrate leadership skills by stepping up as Acting Store Leader when required, taking on additional responsibilities with ease.
