Customer Success Specialist – Agent Solutions
CoStar Group, a leading global provider of real estate information and analytics, is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support our Agent Solutions product suite.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist under the wing of an experienced Leader, you will be a go‐to expert for our Agent Solutions product suite. You will be responsible for successful software implementations and customer retention, demonstrating product functionality to customers, and managing customer relations during all phases of implementation (planning, setup and delivery) to ensure timely and high‐standard outcomes.
Typical Day – Responsibilities
* Customer Onboarding & Adoption: Lead onboarding for new customers, guide through setup, training, and initial use cases, provide product education and best practices.
* Customer Relationship Management: Partner closely with Agency Sales Teams, act as primary point of contact, maintain engagement via check‐ins and proactive outreach.
* Customer Retention & Health Monitoring: Monitor customer health metrics, implement retention strategies and renewal readiness.
* Issue Resolution & Advocacy: Serve as internal advocate, coordinate resolution of issues or escalations, ensure feedback captured.
* Growth & Value Expansion: Identify upsell, cross‐sell or expanded adoption opportunities, partner with Sales or Account Management.
* Customer Lifecycle Management: Support full lifecycle, participate in business reviews or success planning, contribute to process improvements.
Essential Qualifications
* Strong account management experience.
* Customer success background in or with the Real Estate industry.
* Experience with product training and customer retention.
* Comfortable with client‐facing presentations.
* Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Nice to Have
* Tech / SaaS industry experience.
* Technical or training experience with SaaS platforms.
* Familiarity with CRM system functions.
