What You'll Do
As HR Officer for TDA, you will work closely with managers and employees to deliver day‐to‐day HR support. Your responsibilities include coordinating end‐to‐end recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and supporting onboarding for new starters. You will maintain accurate employee records, assist with HR reporting, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation. You will also act as a first point of contact for general HR queries, escalating to senior HR staff where needed.
What We're Looking For
You will have at least one to two years of experience in an HR or recruitment support role, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You are comfortable working with HR systems and spreadsheets, and you communicate clearly both in writing and in person. An understanding of financial or professional services environments is a plus, though not essential. You are proactive, discreet, and confident managing competing priorities.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) are advantageous but not required.
