Due to continued growth, they are seeking motivated Supervisor/Estimators to join their team. This opportunity would suit experienced construction professionals or those looking to step up into a supervisory or estimating role with the right support and training.
About the Role
* Supervising residential construction projects from start to completion
* Preparing estimates, take-offs, and costings
* Coordinating trades, suppliers, and site schedules
* Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with QBCC and WHS requirements
* Liaising with clients, management, and internal teams
* Monitoring timelines and budgets
About You
Must have:
* A QBCC licence or a Certificate IV in Building and Construction
The Following Is Highly Regarded
* A carpentry background or strong on-site construction experience
* Experience in residential building or renovations
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and reliable work ethic
Training & Support
* Training can be provided for the right candidate
* Ongoing support from an experienced management team
