The Role

We are on the hunt for a data-driven Mid-Level Google Ads Manager to join our team for an immediate start.

In this strictly non-client-facing role, you will be able to put your head down and focus on what you do best: driving incredible performance. Under the expert guidance of our Performance Account Manager and Managing Director, you will manage a diverse portfolio of Google Ads accounts with monthly ad spends ranging from $3,000 to $250,000.

Your primary focus will be on Search Ads marketing, setting up rock-solid conversion tracking, optimising accounts for the best possible CPA/ROAS, and reporting your wins back to the internal team.

Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Management: Build, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns (predominantly Search) across various client accounts ($3k - $250k p/m spend).

* Tracking & Analytics: Utilise Google Tag Manager to set up, test, and manage conversion tracking.

* Optimisation: Continuously analyze performance data to optimise conversions and maximise ROI for our clients.

* Internal Reporting: Extract key insights and report campaign performance clearly and effectively to the internal team.

* Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside our Performance Account Manager, MD, and other internal specialists to execute broader digital strategies.

What You Bring to the Table
* Experience: At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience navigating the Google Ads platform.

* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking setups, and analytics.

* Certifications: Active Google Ads Certifications (or a commitment to pass the exams immediately upon starting).

* Bonus Points: Experience running and optimising Meta Ads is highly regarded, though your core focus will be Search.

* Work Ethic: A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.

* Requirements: Must be available for an immediate start and able to work in-office.
