As Manager Service Delivery Partnerships, you will be responsible for strategically managing and partnering with service providers to facilitate better outcome for National Injury Insurance Scheme (NIISQ) Participants and their families. Also, NIISQ Agency is open to considering mobility arrangements.
Your Role
* Lead and manage a team responsible for strategic provider partnership support including attracting, registering, onboarding and retaining service providers working within the NIISQ ensuring legislative alignment and promoting safe and quality service delivery to NIISQ participants.
* Manage the registration of required providers and the approval of required advisors, as required by the National Injury Insurance Scheme (Queensland) Act 2016 and Regulation.
* Provide high level strategic advice around service provider trends and disability and health sectors relevant to the NIISQ.
* Develop and maintain influential and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure participant access to high quality treatment, care and support services.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of NIISQ Agency strategies, policies, processes and procedures to enhance quality of service for participants.
* Actively contribute to broader leadership team activities, including planning, performance leadership, capability development and a learning culture.
* Contribute as a team member to ensure workload peaks and priorities are met and promote a supportive and healthy working environment.
* Other appropriate duties as directed or negotiated.

* Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong focus on supervising, coaching and mentoring staff to foster outcomes aligned to organisational objectives.
* Leadership expertise in managing provider relationships preferably within the health or disability sectors.
* Demonstrated experience working within and navigating legislative frameworks relevant to the health and disability sectors.
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of provider services, participants with complex injuries and disabilities, health and disability sectors, and sector developments relevant to the NIISQ.
