Solutions Engineer

You will work closely with the Sales Team to understand customer problems and demonstrate how Ideagen's products can solve them.


Responsibilities:

* Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and business goals through consultations and discovery sessions.
* Presentation Development: Presentation of tailored product demos addressing customer pain points.
* Sales Collaboration: Collaboration with the sales team to create customized proposals and solutions.
* Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Expert Advice: Offering expert advice on industry best practices and standards.
* Marketing Support: Support for marketing through webinars and promoting core messages.
* Industry Knowledge: Staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
* Demo Environment Design: Design and maintenance of demo environments for different markets.
* Demo Script Creation: Creation of demo scripts based on customer use cases.
* RFP Response: Response to technical and functional RFP requirements.
* Customer Handover Assistance: Assistance during customer handover by the implementation team.


Requirements:

* Pre-Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or consulting in EHS or related fields.
* Background and Certifications: Background in Business, Engineering, or EHS; certifications like Six Sigma, ISO, CSP are a plus.
* Product Management Software: Strong knowledge of product management software and SaaS platforms.
* Tech Skills: Familiarity with APIs, interoperability, data warehousing, and software architecture.
* Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in explaining EHS solutions.
* Analytical and Customer-Focused: Analytical, customer-focused, and effective in fast-paced team settings.
* Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple Pre-Sales projects.
* Travel and Representation: Willingness to travel and represent the company professionally.
* Microsoft Office Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
