Job Summary
We are currently searching for an HSE Advisor to join our team on Project Ceres. The role reports to the HSE Lead and is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's HSSE management system.
* Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
* Lead incident investigations and support root‐cause analysis.
* Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
* Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSSE risks.
* Prepare reports and present HSSE performance data to management.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in an HSSE advisory role, preferably in an Oil & Gas environment.
* Strong knowledge of national HSSE regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Proficient in incident investigation and root‐cause analysis techniques.
