Job Overview
The Libraries team is responsible for operating eight locations across Cumberland LGA, providing assistance to customers in locating materials, answering questions, and offering research strategies. The team also hosts various events, including educational, cultural, social, and community-building activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out customer service duties efficiently and professionally.
* Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external library customers.
* Assume a leadership role during working hours and ensure adherence to libraries policies and procedures.
* Support customers in accessing library resources and contribute to running activities such as children's story time and adult classes.
