Business Development
* Execute business development strategy and plan, both short and long range, to ensure achievement of sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of company services.
* Research, analyse and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities can be capitalized on and effects of competition may be minimized.
* Plan, oversee and execute the organization's brand building and promotional activities.
* Identify potential market segments/verticals.
* Identify prospects and establish contact with prospects.
* Make sales presentations to key decision makers, effectively sell the capabilities and credentials of organization.
* Identify client business needs, make proposals for customer solutions.
* Identify & generate business from new accounts, enhance business from existing accounts.
* Negotiate and close business.
* Achieve revenue and contribution targets, build credibility & gain market share.
* Determine bid price on the basis of project cost estimation, external environment/competition and as per the contribution norms.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
* Ensure collection of payment as per agreed terms with the customer.
* Identify prospective alliance partners and enter into strategic alliances.
* Initiate process improvement and ensure compliance to quality standards.

* Good account management, communication and selling skills.
* Highly motivated and target oriented.
* Exposure to CMM and Six Sigma processes.
