Fleet Performance & Reporting Manager

Responsibilities
* Lead the transformation of fleet performance reporting for a digital-first logistics leader
* Empower strategic decisions with enterprise-scale Power BI
* Support ERP and SAP S/4HANA programs and collaborate to unlock business value from data
* Develop fleet and financial reporting solutions in Power BI
* Design scalable data models and compelling visualisations for actionable insight
* Gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions with stakeholders
* Lead BI workstreams in ERP/SAP S/4HANA and digital projects
* Map and validate data between legacy and new systems for accuracy and continuity
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and promote engagement across finance, operations, and IT
Are you the one?
You're a data-driven leader with expertise in BI, change management, and project delivery, demonstrating:
* Advanced Power BI (Desktop, Service, Power Query, DAX)
* Experience building impactful, scalable BI solutions
* Strong analytical skills to reveal trends and opportunities
* Data modelling and SQL skills; Microsoft Fabric/S/4HANA valued
* Ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences
* Leadership and influence across departments on transformation projects
