About the Role
This position is based in Singleton, NSW, and involves coordinating alternate transport requirements where demand exceeds fleet availability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the booking system for DSRG-managed fleet vehicles and transport tasks.
2. Coordinate alternate transport requirements where demand exceeds fleet availability (e.g., coach or luggage trailer not available in fleet, VIP vehicles).
3. Prepare driver rosters and coordinate any courier activities.
4. Supervise and coordinate drivers undertaking tasks.
5. Compile and maintain mandated transport documentation.
6. Manage and maintain designated Fleet vehicles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Car (C) Drivers Licence and have demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage fleet management processes and practices effectively.
In addition, the successful applicant will have understanding of contract administration practices, ability to gather, collate and interpret statistical data and performance indicators, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
