What's the role?
The HR Systems Administrator will work in a collaborative team and be responsible for administration of our HRIS applications
* Administer and maintain our Workday system, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
* Provide expert-level guidance and support for all Workday modules, including Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Payroll integrations.
* Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new functionalities within Workday.
* Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
* Manage Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring compliance and data privacy.
* Lead and participate in Workday update cycles, including testing, documentation, and communication of new features.
* Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
* 12 month contract
Who are you?
* Experience using various HRIS systems specifically Workday
* You have a deep and comprehensive understanding of Workday modules and their interdependencies.
* You are highly proficient in Workday configuration, reporting, and security administration.
* You have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* You are detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field are highly regarded.
