The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Leading and motivating the real estate sales team to achieve sales and earnings targets, particularly in the rural broadacre sector.
* Coaching and developing staff to ensure best practices and consistent service delivery, with an emphasis on agricultural and rural property expertise.
* Managing the performance and development of direct reports through structured feedback and goal setting.
* Overseeing online property listings to ensure pricing, descriptions, and statuses are accurate and timely.
* Fostering strong relationships with clients and identifying new sales opportunities, especially in the broadacre farming and agribusiness markets.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally with a background in rural property, broadacre transactions, or team leadership.
* A strong understanding of local property market trends and relevant legislation, particularly around land use, water rights, zoning, and agricultural considerations.
* A Real Estate License and a current Driver's Licence (Auctioneer's License desirable).
* Skilled in performance management, team development, and financial planning.
