ARH Gosford is a purpose-built, 24 hour, Emergency Animal Hospital with over 30 clinical and support staff, all focused on providing high class patient and client care in a supportive, team environment.
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Customer Care representative who has a passion for teamwork and a real interest in assisting people through very emotional and challenging circumstances.

**About Your New Role**
Our Client Services Department requires a customer care representative to help co-ordinate daily operations and help facilitate the high emergency standards we are passionate about.
We are looking to appoint a talented individual who values team cohesion, innovation, maximizing nurse skillsets and the never-ending quest to improve!
This is a casual position, to help with annual leave, sick leave and other roster vacancies.
**About You**
- Previous experience in the Veterinary or health industry preferred
- 2+ years' experience within a client services position within a fast-paced environment,
- Have a strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Commitment to gold standard patient care and a "fear-free" approach to patient handling.
- The confidence and initiative to work autonomously yet lean on your team as needed.
- Ability to multi-task and navigate within a busy, multi-departmental workplace
- A passion for excellent customer service and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
- Exemplary organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
