As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and operational excellence in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in running daily operations for a high-volume outlet store
* Help lead and motivate a large team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Assist with managing stock flow, visual merchandising, and store presentation
* Support wage cost management and effective rostering
* Coach and mentor team members to maintain morale and encourage development
* Ensure a safe and compliant work environment adhering to OH&S requirements

* Experience in retail leadership or senior sales roles within a high-volume store environment
* Strong leadership skills with a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to inspire a large team
* Commercially minded with a focus on sales performance and operational excellence
* Knowledgeable in stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations
