Role Overview

Over the years, the company has implemented extensive customizations across ERP functionalities and integrated various APIs to support business operations. Oracle EBS has served as the foundational platform for enabling automation across multiple in-house applications and mobile solutions, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
The Oracle EBS R12 Vertical Head will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the EBS R12 ecosystem. This role involves overseeing solution delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading cross-functional teams across both technical and functional domains. The position ensures that ERP initiatives align with business objectives while driving innovation, process optimization, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS R12 modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, etc.)
* Define and execute vertical strategy aligned with enterprise IT goals
* Techno-Functional skills and manage cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, testers)
* Oversee solution architecture, customization, and integration efforts
* Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and regulatory standards
* Drive upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
* Monitor KPIs and SLAs for service delivery and support
* Mentor and develop team capabilities
* Manage vendor, Oracle, Consultant relationships, contracts, agreements and third-party integrations
* Analyze Reports and Query analysis
* Develop/Analyse API for automation.
* RnD for further development and enhancement of ERP functionality for organization.
* Microsoft O365 Lifecycle
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* 10+ years in Oracle EBS R12 implementation and support
* Strong expertise in modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, OM, PO, INV, HRMS
* Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow, Forms, Reports, OAF
* Proven leadership in managing large-scale Oracle EBS projects
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for transformation. (preferred)
* Knowledge of ECC.
* Oracle certifications (OCP, OAF, etc.) preferred
* Strong understanding of business process in financials, SCM, HR, etc.
* Better attitudes and behaviors (Preferred)
* Team building and motivation (preferred)
* Knowledge of Microsoft O365 – Planner, Teams Collaboration, etc.
