Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and organisation in guest rooms and common areas. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene, comfort, and presentation while providing a clean and welcoming environment for guests, residents, or staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards.
* Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and toiletries.
* Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors.
* Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
* Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
* Replenish cleaning supplies and report inventory shortages.
* Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
* Follow health, safety, and sanitation policies.
* Ensure guest privacy and handle property with care.
* Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests or residents.
Qualifications
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning 1+ years preferred.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Good attention to detail.
* Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift cleaning equipment.
* Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
