You'll be responsible for the customer's journey and experience instore, ensuring repeat business through hard work, dedication, and swift identification of customer needs.
* Provide an outstanding customer experience by following our Essential Steps of Service, prioritizing customer satisfaction, actively greeting, listening, and confidently offering bespoke advice in a professional and passionate manner.
* Pursue high productivity, seizing opportunities to maximize sales and services goals, elevating every interaction, and contributing significantly to our business KPIs.
* Maintain strong product knowledge across all our services: Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store, and proactively utilize this expertise to tailor the customer experience.
* Be aware of external opportunities that could enhance store performance and provide the best customer experience, improving service based on feedback from customer reviews and mystery shops.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with store management to maintain stockroom and back area housekeeping, including receiving deliveries, stock handling, adhering to stock & cash control procedures to minimize loss.
* Follow the Appointment process by utilizing the appointed platform, ensuring accurate status information recording and timely customer contact prior to their visit.
