Remuneration: $162,470 – $184,987 per annum (salary $137,290 – $156,317 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading).

Position Requirements
Possession of a doctoral qualification (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Teaching qualifications or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education.
Understanding of current professional and educational issues in higher education and ability to collaborate with colleagues to support students and promote CQUniversity.
Proven research track record through recent published research outputs, with the ability to contribute to research in the School.
Proven ability to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate University students, with experience engaging with tertiary students and supporting their educational development through multi-modal delivery strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a collaborative academic environment.
Proven ability to lead projects, supervise research students, and secure competitive research grants (Desirable).
