- Salary Range: negotiable depending on experience up to $90k 
- Bonuses/Incentives: Team incentives/bonus, awards, and gift vouchers (5-10k in total).

**The role** 
The Business Administrator will join a dynamic team, providing high-level administration support to the sales team. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities, depending on your desire for career development.
**Duties include**:
- Support each of the sales consultants with their administration requirements. 
- Database management: maintain leads and data in the CRM, provide reports when required. 
- Work with the analyst and research pricing as and when required. 
- Sales Admin Support: proposal preparation, current customer onboarding, maintaining customer data in HubSpot CRM, and general administrative support. 
- Coordinate and execute some marketing and communications activities, which will include creating social media posts, updating web content, presentation material and proposal documents. 
- Follow up on incoming leads to qualify the information. (This is not a sales role.)
**Applicant requirements** 
- Proven track record of success in a similar Business Admin / Sales Admin Support role 
- Experience in freight management/ transport/logistics industries is highly advantageous 
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) 
- You will have excellent attention to detail 
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. 
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills. 
- A collaborative and flexible style with a strong service mentality. 
- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of an organization. 
- Uphold the values of the company. 
- Experience using Canva, administering marketing collateral & social media posting would be highly advantageous
**Preferred but not essential** 
- Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
