The Opportunity We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic education team. Join Animal Emergency Australia's Veterinary Education & Training team on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and lead creative marketing campaigns that grow our Improve Veterinary Education programs across Australia & NZ. You'll collaborate with the AEA marketing team, external partners, and industry stakeholders to build VE&T's profile and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns to generate leads, conversions, and engagement.
* Manage the CRM (Active Campaign) for EDM campaigns, automations, and reporting.
* Maintain and optimise the WordPress website, including SEO improvements.
* Oversee content creation across channels (social media, blogs, articles, videos, webinars).
* Partner with AEA's performance marketer on digital advertising (Google, Meta, PPC).
* Plan and support VE&T presence at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
* Manage marketing analytics and reporting, delivering actionable insights.
* Collaborate on annual marketing strategy and budget.
* Ensure activities align with brand, business strategy, and company objectives.
About You
* Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 4–5 years' experience in marketing roles, ideally with exposure to education or health industries.
* Proven experience in inbound/digital marketing campaigns and content production.
* Skilled in CRM platforms, WordPress CMS, and social media management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to balance strategic and hands-on tasks.
* Analytical, data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
* A passion for professional education and/or the veterinary industry will be highly regarded.
