About the Role
As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving trust, reputation, and brand loyalty for our organisation. You will have the opportunity to actively engage with customers, partners, and community members, fostering strong relationships and contributing to customer growth and market share.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a community engagement plan that includes local sponsorships, PR activities, community events, and direct sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with various business units to strengthen ties with local community leaders and valued organisations.
* E nsure consistent, impactful customer experiences across multiple channels.
* Drive local demand, facilitate positive outcomes, and contribute to the resilience and growth of diverse customer relationships.
* Deliver the Strategic Community Engagement Plan, including a calendar of activities and partnerships through analysing internal and external data.
* Achieve the acquisition and retention of customers through local engagement plans, improve brand reputation through extensive engagement and community support.
* B uild and maintain positive relationships with local government, businesses, and community groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant professional qualifications in business or a related field.
* Extensive hands-on experience in a large multichannel sales organisation with exposure to sales, delivery, or operational leadership roles.
* Proven experience in people leadership, working with government, community groups, and NFPs, alongside Sales and Marketing teams.
* Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with all organisational levels.
* Display customer-centric approach aligned with our values whilst collaborating to create optimal solutions, and develop teams.
