About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Home or Aged Care or Certificate IV in Disability Support.
* National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
* First Aid Certificate that includes CPR.
* Driver Licence.
* Proof of current influenza vaccination.
