Job Description
Oracle EPM Cloud ARCS Architect
Key Responsibilities
As an ARCS Architect, you will:
* Architect and design scalable ARCS solutions to streamline and automate account reconciliation processes.
* Lead end-to-end implementations of ARCS, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and objectives.
* Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimise reconciliation workflows and integration points.
* Provide technical leadership in ARCS configuration, automation, and integration with other Oracle EPM tools.
* Define and deliver best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
* Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, governance, and industry best practices.
* Drive innovation through proof-of-concept (PoC) developments for new features and integrations.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ARCS and related EPM solutions.
* Mentor and upskill junior consultants, promoting capability growth across the team.
* Engage in business development activities including solution design workshops and client consultations.
Qualifications
Essential:
* Significant experience in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions with a focus on ARCS and FCCS.
* Proven expertise in solution architecture, system integration, and automation within financial close and reconciliation.
* Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and hands-on proficiency in Oracle FCCS, HFM, and related applications.
* Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable reconciliation solutions.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Preferred:
* Oracle EPM certifications or relevant credentials.
* Experience in cloud-based financial applications.
* Understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.
