Key Responsibilities
* Attend and assist at open homes, buyer appointments, and auctions
* Manage buyer follow-up, nurturing, and negotiation support
* Prepare CMAs, pre-list kits, and marketing materials
* Coordinate campaign timelines, vendors, and buyers with precision
* Drive database growth and buyer engagement
* Provide exceptional service and communication across all touchpoints
Requirements
* At least 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or a sales support role
* Ambition to grow into a standalone agent or long-term associate
* Strong communication and people skills
* Professional presentation and a proactive mindset
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Driver's licence and reliable car
